In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
The krikiy platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. krikiy reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement cannot be satisfactorily verified. Any winnings accrued in an Account that is found to belong to an underage player are void and will not be paid out.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one active Account on the krikiy platform. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same name, email address, payment method, device, or household, is prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, krikiy reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and withhold any balances in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
Players must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. Players are responsible for keeping this information current. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
krikiy may require Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time, including before processing any withdrawal request. Acceptable verification documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh. Proof of address and proof of payment method ownership may also be requested. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their krikiy login credentials, including username and password. You must not share your Account details with any other person. All activity conducted through your Account will be treated as having been performed by you, regardless of whether such access was authorised. In the event of suspected unauthorised access or a suspected security breach, you must notify krikiy immediately by contacting [email protected].
krikiy will never contact Players to request their password. Any communication claiming otherwise should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the krikiy support team. krikiy recommends that Players use a strong, unique password for their krikiy Account and enable any additional security features made available on the platform.
krikiy accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). krikiy does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
The minimum deposit amount on the krikiy platform is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, however krikiy reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or irregular deposit patterns. Deposits via bKash and Nagad typically credit to a Player's Account within seconds of successful transaction completion.
Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. krikiy aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, subject to completion of any applicable KYC checks. krikiy reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request it deems unusual or high-value.
krikiy does not charge Players fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket may apply their own transaction charges in accordance with their respective terms of service. Players are advised to review the fee schedules of their chosen payment provider before initiating a transaction.
All Account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on the krikiy platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). krikiy does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any amounts received in a foreign currency will be rejected or converted at krikiy's discretion, and any conversion costs will be borne by the Player.
krikiy may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion-specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution percentages, and expiry timeframes. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period of the bonus. Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the validity period will expire and be removed from the Player's Account automatically.
krikiy reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close Accounts where it reasonably suspects that a Player is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a promotion more than once, employing low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play intent, or exploiting technical errors or pricing anomalies to generate artificial returns.
krikiy reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion prior to any amendment retain the rights and obligations in effect at the time of opt-in, unless krikiy determines that a technical error or abuse situation requires retroactive correction.
All sports bets placed on the krikiy sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. krikiy reserves the right to limit bet sizes, refuse bets, or void bets where it has reasonable grounds to do so, including where an error in pricing has occurred, where a result has been affected by irregular circumstances, or where the integrity of an event is in question. Bets placed after an event has commenced (in-play bets) are accepted at krikiy's discretion and subject to the live betting rules applicable to that market.
All casino game outcomes on the krikiy platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software supplied by independent third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. krikiy does not control game outcomes and cannot intervene in the operation of any certified game engine. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, krikiy is obligated to retain Account funds pending the outcome of any investigation and may be required to report the matter to relevant authorities.
Players may close their own Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of any applicable bonus conditions) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
All content on the krikiy platform, including but not limited to the krikiy brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of krikiy or its licensed content providers. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No content from the krikiy platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of krikiy.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, krikiy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from a Player's use of, or inability to use, the krikiy platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, or damages arising from technical failures, service interruptions, or unauthorised Account access.
krikiy makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available continuously or free from errors. krikiy's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve months preceding the claim.
krikiy collects, stores, and processes Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, Players consent to the collection and processing of their personal data as described in the krikiy Privacy Policy. krikiy uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between Players and the platform. krikiy will not sell Player personal data to third parties, but may share data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies as required by law or operational necessity.
krikiy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, krikiy will endeavour to notify active Players by email or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the krikiy platform after any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
